What You Need to Know Before Paying Your Bill by Phone or Online
Policy/Account Number
You must have your account number available to make a payment by phone. For online payments, you may use either your account number or policy number. These numbers can be found on your billing notice (see example).
Canceled Policies and Accounts
Payments posted on or after the cancellation date will not continue coverage. If your policy or account has been canceled, you cannot use the phone or online payment system to authorize a reinstatement payment. Instead, please contact your local Western Reserve Group independent agent, whose name and phone number are listed at the top of your billing notice.
All reinstatement requests are subject to company approval.
Accepted Form of Payment
Western Reserve Group accepts the following payment methods:

- Visa
- Discover
- American Express
- ATM Debit Cards
- ACH/Electronic Checks
Payment Cutoff Times
Phone and online payments submitted after 6:00 p.m. (ST) will be posted to your policy or account on the next business day.
Returned Payments
Returned payments may result in the cancellation of your policy or account.
